氨基末端脑钠肽原在新生儿疾病中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 迄今发现,利钠肽家族主要包括心房利钠肽、脑利钠肽、C型利钠肽、D型利钠肽和尿利钠肽等.不同类型利钠肽具有不同的生理作用.脑利钠肽主要由心室的心肌细胞分泌,广泛存在于脑、脊髓以及心肺组织中.氨基末端脑钠肽原(N T-proBNP)是无活性的脑利钠肽产物,血浆浓度高且稳定性好,其在临床检测应用中的优势逐渐凸显,近年来在新生儿疾病中NT-proBNP能够帮助协助诊断、判断疾病的严重程度以及评估治疗效果,具有一定的临床指导价值,但国内外文献资料有限,仍需更多更深入的研究,继续探讨NT-proBNP在新生儿危重症疾病中的诊疗意义,将有助于提高新生儿危重症疾病诊疗的时效性和准确性. Until now,natriuretic peptide family mainly includes atrial natriuretic peptide,brain natriuretic peptide,C-type natriuretic peptide,D-type natriuretic peptide and urinary natriuretic peptide and so on.Different types of natriuretic peptides have different physiological effects.Brain natriuretic peptide is mainly secreted by ventricular myocytes and is widely found in the brain,spinal cord and cardiopulmonary tissue.N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(N-terminal-ProBNP)is a non-active brain natriuretic peptide product with high plasma concentration and good stability,and its advantages in clinical application are gradually highlighted.In recent years,NT-proBNP can help to judge the severity of the disease and evaluate the therapeutic effect,which has important clinical guidance value.But the literature is still limited,it still need more study to explore the significance of NT-probNP in the diagnosis and treatment of neonatal critical diseases,which will help to improve the timeliness and accuracy of diagnosis and treatment of neonatal critically ill diseases.
