教师专业主义:美国社区学院教师发展的核心理念与实践策略

摘要 “教师专业主义”为美国社区学院教师发展提供了理念支撑,赋予“教师发展”以理论和现实的双重意义,为美国社区学院教师发展实践指明了方向,提供了发展内容和框架,具体指导了美国社区学院教师发展规划、组织机构、专业标准、政策、内容、路径等实践事务。遵循“教师专业主义”的美国社区学院教师发展经验对我国高职院校教师发展具有积极的借鉴价值。 Teacher professionalism provides a theoretical support for the development of teachers in American community colleges.“Teacher development”is endowed with the dual significance of theory and reality,which points out the direction of the practice of teacher development in American community colleges and provides the development content and framework.It specifically guides the practice of teacher development in American community colleges,such as the formulation of teacher development planning,the construction of teacher development organizations,the implementation of teacher professional standards and policies,the establishment of teacher development content and the improvement of teacher development paths.Teacher development experience of American community colleges Based on“teacher professionalism”has positive reference value for the development of teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in China.
