我国实施预立医疗照护计划影响因素的研究进展

Research progress on influencing factors of the implementation of advance care planning in China

预立医疗照护计划是指患者在意识清楚且有决策能力的情况下,对自己将来丧失决策能力且面临威胁自己生命的、不可治愈的疾病时,所预先选择的治疗和护理措施。目前,预立医疗照护计划发展模式在欧美国家已经趋于成熟,但我国大部分地区预立医疗照护计划发展仍处于起步阶段。本文旨在将预立医疗照护计划相关概念和我国实施预立医疗照护计划的影响因素进行综述,为我国顺利实施预立医疗照护计划提供参考,同时为我国更好地开展安宁疗护提供理论指导。

Advance care planning refers to treatment and nursing measures selected in advance for patients who have lost their decision-making ability and faced life-threatening and incurable diseases under the condition of clear awareness and decision-making ability.At present,the development model of advance care planning has matured in European and American countries,but the development of advance care planning in most regions is still in its infancy.This paper aims to summarize the relevant concepts of advance care planning and influencing factors of the implementation of advance care planning in China so as to provide a reference for the smooth implementation of advance care planning in our country,and at the same time provide theoretical guidance to better carry out hospice care in China.
