脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury)是高致残性的创伤性疾病,脊髓损伤患者需要家庭照顾者长时间且持续的照料。本文就脊髓损伤患者家庭照顾者照顾负担概念、现状、影响因素、干预进行综述,以期为脊髓损伤患者家庭照顾者照顾负担干预措施的制订提供参考和理论依据。

Spinal cord injury is a highly disabling traumatic disease.Patients with spinal cord injury need long-term and continuous care from family caregivers.This article reviewed the concept,current status,influencing factors and intervention of care burden among family caregivers of patients with spinal cord injury so as to provide a basis and a theoretical basis for formulating interventions of care burden among family caregivers of patients with spinal cord injury.
