摘要
文章分析了多功能切割机在总体的参数、控制构成、机床结构方面以及在减速器系统和微机数控系统方面的设计与运用。实验证明,该切割机弥补了传统切割机效率与精度低、劳动强度与成本大等缺陷,切实提高了切割生产效率和质量。
This paper analyzes the design and application of the multi-function cutting machine in terms of the overall parameters,control structure,machine structure,as well as the reducer system and the computer numerical control system.The experiment shows that the cutting machine makes up for the defects of the traditional cutting machine,such as low efficiency and precision,high labor intensity and high cost,and improves the cutting production effi ciency and quality.
