新生儿腹泻样病例的护理及医院内感染预防

Nursing on Newborn Diarrhea-like Cases,and Prevention of Nosocomial Infection

为探讨新生儿腹泻样病例的护理及医院内感染的预防措施,以2017年12月至2018年12月我科收治的30例新生儿腹泻样病例作为观察对象,根据"新生儿腹泻样病例监测方案"进行早期护理干预及感染预防。结果显示,30例患儿中,乳糖不耐受腹泻8例,喂养不当致腹泻10例,母乳性腹泻4例,轮状病毒性腹泻3例,大肠埃希菌腹泻1例,抗生素相关性腹泻4例。经"新生儿腹泻样病例监测方案"积极治疗及护理,30例患者均治愈。治疗期间未发生医院内感染。结果表明,实施"新生儿腹泻样病例监测方案",及时隔离诊疗和护理,可防止新生儿腹泻医院内感染的发生。

In order to investigate the nursing on newborn diarrhea-like cases,and search for prevention measures of nosocomial infection,author reviewed 30 cases of newborn diarrhea-like treated in author’s department(2017-12-2019-12)who had received early nursing intervention and prevention of infection according to"Monitoring Schema on Newborn Diarrhea-like Cases"(the Schema).As results,in the 30 cases,8 suffered from diarrhea of lactosa intolerance,10 diarrhea due to inappropriate feeding,4 diarrhea from lac femininum,3 rotaviral diaarrhea,1 Ec.oli diarrhea,4 antibiotics-related diarrhea,finally,all 30 cases were cured through active treatment and nursing according to the Schema;amidst treatment no nosocomial infection cases were found.Results show that implementing the Schema,timely taking isolation treatment and nursing can prevent newborn diarrhea complicated with nosocomial infection.
