摘要
介绍了近几年来锰锌铁氧体常见的掺杂元素及氧化物等,对掺杂后锰锌铁氧体的材料密度、饱和磁化、初始磁导率、电阻率和功率损耗等电磁性能及结构变化的影响进行了分析,并探讨了些掺杂元素的发展趋势和潜在的应用性能,为优化铁氧体的电磁性能提供了新的参考方法。
The common doping elements and oxides of manganese-zinc ferrite in recent years are introduced.The effects of electromagnetic properties and structural changes such as material density,saturation magnetization,initial permeability,resistivity and power loss of manganesezinc ferrite after doping are analyzed.The development trends and potential application properties of these doping elements are discussed,which provided a new reference method for optimizing the electromagnetic properties of ferrite.
