新型城镇化背景下村改居社区协同治理探究

Research on Collaborative Governance of Village to ResidentialCommunity under the Background of New Urbanization

村改居社区是城乡一体化深入推进的产物,具有不同于农村社区和城市社区的独特样态。目前,村改居社区正面临着发展的困境。在新型城镇化背景下,应将村改居社区中的政府、居民和社会力量联结在一起,构建协同治理网络,最大程度发挥各主体的职责效能,保证村改居社区的长效治理。

The village changing to residential community is the product of the promotion of urban-rural integration,which is of unique characters different from both rural community and urban community.At present,the community,transformed from village,is facing the dilemma of development.In the context of new urbanization,the government,residents and social forces in the community should be linked together,and a collaborative governance network should be built to maximize the responsibility and efficiency of each subject,so as to ensure the long-term governance of the community.
