汽车维修行业职业危害研究进展

Literature analysis of occupational hazards in automotive maintenance industry

随着我国社会经济的发展,人们生活水平不断提高,汽车人均保有量迅速增加,众多汽车维修、保养店铺及4S店遍布我国城乡各地。本文以CNKI、PubMed、超星期刊等为平台,以国内外文献为基础,从挥发性有机污染物等化学性因素、噪声等物理性因素及尘肺三个方面对汽车维修行业职业危害因素的调查和研究报道进行综述。着重对国内基层疾病预防控制机构开展汽修行业监测和国外研究人员对汽车修理行业的相关研究内容进行总结,为相关机构开展汽修行业职业卫生监测和研究工作提供参考。

With the development of society and economy the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the per capita car ownership in our country has increased rapidly,and many automobile repair,maintenance shops and 4 S shops are all over the urban and rural areas of our country.Based on CNKI,PubMed and Superstar Journal Platform,this paper summarizes the investigation and research reports on occupational hazards in automobile maintenance industry from three aspects:chemical factors such as volatile organic pollutants,physical factors such as noise and pneumoconiosis.Emphasis is laid on the monitoring of automobile repair industry carried out by grass-roots CDC institutions in China and the related research contents of automobile repair industry by foreign researchers,which can provide reference for the monitoring and research of occupational health in automobile repair industry by CDCs and related institutions.
