福州市疾病预防控制中心2011—2018年论文发表情况分析

Analysis on published papers by Fuzhou Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention,2011—2018

目的通过对福州市疾病预防控制中心2011—2018年学术论文发表情况进行统计,了解福州市疾控中心近年来科研学术发展情况,为加强科研管理、制订人才培养措施提供参考依据。方法运用文献计量学和卫生统计学方法进行统计分析,计数资料采用绝对数和百分比进行描述性分析。结果2011—2018年中心职工共发表论文244篇,年均发表论文30.5篇,刊载于68种国内外杂志上,刊载量前三位的杂志为《海峡预防医学杂志》《职业与健康》及《中国卫生检验杂志》,共占38.63%;其中SCI收录期刊论文11篇(4.51%),核心期刊论文109篇(44.67%)。论文以疾病预防控制专业和公共卫生专业类别为主,占68.03%。论文作者主要集中于30~49岁年龄组(79.91%)、本科学历(64.75%)、中级及副高级职称人员(61.89%)。结论2011—2018年中心论文发表数量和质量总体有所提高,但年均论文发表数仍较少,SCI收录期刊论文及核心期刊论文所占比例仍较低,中心应加强人才队伍建设,充分发挥学科带头人作用,加强科研团队建设,营造浓厚学术氛围,提升科研学术水平,积极引导和鼓励专业技术人员撰写高质量学术论文,进一步提高中心学术论文的数量和质量。

Objective To analyze the academic papers published by Fuzhou municipal center for disease control and prevention(CDC)from 2011 to 2018,understand the development of scientific research in Fuzhou CDC in recent years,and provide reference for strengthening scientific research management and formulating personnel training measures.Methods Literature quantitative analysis and health statistics were used to analysis these papers.The enumeration data were descriptively analyzed by using absolute numbers and percentages.Results A total of 244 research papers had been published during 2011 and 2018,with an annual average of 30.5 in 68 kinds of periodicals."Strait Journal of Preventive Medicine","Occupation and Health"and"Chinese Journal of Health Laboratory Technology"were the top three periodicals that published papers(accounting for 38.63%).There were 11 papers(4.51%)and 109 papers(44.67%)that had been published in the SCI and core periodical.Of the 244 papers,166 papers(68.03%)belonged in the field of disease prevention and control and public health.The authors of these papers mainly focused on the 30~49 age group(79.91%),the undergraduate degree(64.75%)and the middle and senior professional titles(61.89%).Conclusion From 2011 to 2018,the quantity and quality of papers published by the center were improved.However,the annual average of papers published was still little,and the proportion of papers that published in the SCI and core periodical was still low.To further improve the quantity and quality of academic papers,the center should strengthen the construction of talent team and scientific research team,enrich the academic atmosphere and improve the academic level of scientific research.
