摘要
针对海上部分注海水油田,开展调剖作业需用海水配制调剖体系出现体系稳定性差、注入压力高、注入困难的问题,开发适用于海水配注的活性凝胶体系。通过室内实验,确定体系配方的质量分数为聚合物0.3%~0.5%+交联剂0.3%~0.5%+表面活性剂0.2%。该体系具有较强的抗盐性能,适用于海水配制,且具有良好的注入性及封堵性能。相同封堵强度下,注入压力较常规聚合物凝胶降低40%。该体系在渤海某油田应用,明显改善了吸水剖面,增油降水效果显著。
According to the poor stability of profile control system,high injection pressure and difficulty in injection,active gel system was developed.Through laboratory experiments,the formula wasω(polymer)0.3%~0.5%+ω(ross-linked agent)0.3%~0.5%+ω(sulfobetaines)0.2%.The agent has strong salt resistance,was suitable for seawater preparation,and has good injection and plugging performance.Under the same plugging strength,the injection pressure was reduced by 40%compared with the conventional polymer gel.The application of this system in the Bohai Oilfield has obviously improved the injection profile,and the measures made a significant effect.
