大汶河流域洪水资源实时调度研究

Research on real-time dispatching of flood resources in Dawen River basin

大汶河流域具有一定洪水资源利用潜力,利用东平湖调蓄,按照弃水阶段调水和洪水预见期调水两种调度方式,对不同典型年短历时场次洪水进行实时调算。并利用南水北调东线一期工程外调洪水资源,缓解区域水资源短缺危机。研究成果对于类似河道洪水资源利用具有借鉴参考意义。

Dawen River basin has a certain flood resource utilization potential.Dongping Lake is used for regulation and storage,and real-time regulation and calculation are carried out for short-duration floods of different typical years according to two dispatching modes of water diversion in the abandoned water phase and water diversion in the flood prediction phase.The first phase of the east route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project will be used to divert flood resources to alleviate the regional water shortage crisis.The research results have reference for similar flood resources utilization.
