本文从分析人类文明起源与地理特征的关系入手,梳理了中华文明及海派文化的演变过程。通过研究人类治水思路的演变和工业文明的发展,提出了上海水利事业的重点。以人类文明和社会发展的独特视角,思考当前上海水利工作的重点及发展方向。

This paper analyzes the relationship between the origin of human civilization and geographical features,and combs the evolution process of Chinese civilization and Shanghai-style culture.By studying the evolution of human water control ideas and the need of social development,this paper puts forward the key points of water conservancy in Shanghai.From the unique perspective of human civilization and social development,the focus and development direction of water conservancy work in Shanghai are considered.
