摘要
目的:分析新型冠状病毒疫情防控期间网上伤口门诊的可行性及效果,为今后开展“互联网+”伤口护理服务提供依据。方法:针对疫情防控要求,成立应急小组,通过微信咨询、好大夫网站、伤口课堂微信公众平台三个途径进行网上伤口门诊(简称线上门诊)。采取责任护士、中级和高级职称国际造口治疗师三级质量管理模式确保专业护理质量,专人收集数据、及时答复患者提问。4周后,按就诊人数10%随机匿名在线测评满意度。结果:线上服务29天共计200人,560人次,伤口治愈有效率为79.50%、慢性伤口维持率为10.00%、脱落率为10.50%,与2019年2月线下门诊比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。线上门诊的患者来源更广(P<0.001),线上门诊满意度为100%。结论:线上门诊可行、有效,为今后开展“互联网+”伤口护理服务进行了有益尝试。
Objective:To analyze the feasibility and effect of online wound clinics during the COVID-19 pandemic,and provide a basis for future Internet+wound care services.Methods:In response to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control,an emergency team was set up to conduct online wound care clinics by WeChat,Good doctor website,and wound course WeChat public platform.A three-level quality management mode(charge nurse,mediate and senior wound care specialty nurse)was adopted to ensure the quality of professional nursing.Special personnel collected data and answered patients'questions in a timely manner.After 4 weeks,a random anonymous online assessment of satisfaction was conducted according to 10%of the patients.Results:A total of 200 people and 560 person-times were served online for 29 days.The effective rate of wound healing was 79.50%,chronic wound maintenance rate was 10.00%,and shedding rate was 10.50%.Compared with the offline clinic in February 2019,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The sources of patients in online clinic were wider(P<0.001).The satisfaction of online clinics was 100%.Conclusion:The online outpatient clinic was feasible and effective.It has made beneficial attempts for the development of Internet+wound care service in the future.
