新时代赴台辅导员思想政治教育实践路径分析

闽台高校教育交流与合作是两岸关系和平发展的重要成果之一,有效促进了两岸教育界的融合与发展,但也存在生源质量、思想政治教育、学业指导、生活习惯和心理健康等方面的问题。如果说闽台合作专业学生是两岸教育合作、文化认同和青年交流的纽带,那么赴台辅导员就是这个纽带的直接维系者。通过赴台辅导员积极做好赴台学生行前思想、组织和其他工作,努力承担在台师生的交流学习、思想政治、管理服务和旅游安全等工作,尽量为赴台广大师生提供便捷和帮助,减少赴台学生在思想、学习、生活、工作及心理上的困扰和麻烦,使学生能够在闽台高校教育交流与合作中成为真正的受益人和推崇者,不断推进闽台高校教育交流与合作的管理和服务水平,为两岸和平发展夯实基础。

Education exchange and cooperation between universities in Fujian and those in Taiwan is one of the most important achievements in peaceful development of cross-strait relations.It effectively promotes cross-strait integration and development of education.There are also problems in students quality,ideological and political education,academic guidance,living habits and psychological health.If students studying in Taiwan are the link for education cooperation,cultural identity and youth exchange,the counselor for them is the maintainer of this bond.Before the students go to Taiwan,the counsellor does the ideological and organizational work and does the job in communication between teachers and students,politics,management,service and tourism.The counsellor tries to provide convenience and help to teachers and students so as to reduce their trouble in ideology,study,life,work and psychology,so that the students can benefit from the exchanges and and become advocates for it.Therefore,education exchanges and cooperation between Fujian colleges and Taiwan colleges will be improved continually,which will lay a solid foundation for the cross-strait peaceful development.
