传统图书馆经历现代图书馆、数字图书馆转型后,当下逐步向智慧图书馆转型。智慧图书馆是数字图书馆发展的更高级阶段,是数字图书馆发展的趋势。馆员是智慧图书馆的核心要素之一,是推动智慧图书馆发展的主导力量。智慧图书馆趋势下,馆员除了具备学科知识和图情知识外,还需要具备信息检索、分析、预测能力,利用信息技术和智能设备能力,创新服务能力等核心能力。本文讨论了智慧图书馆的概念、特征、核心要素,分析了智慧图书馆趋势下馆员需要具备的核心能力,并提出馆员核心能力提升的举措。

After the transformation to modern library and digital library,the traditional library is gradually transforming to the smart library.Smart library is a more advanced stage of the digital library,and it is the trend of the development.The librarian is one of the core elements of the smart library and the leading force to promote the development of the smart library.In the trend of smart library,librarians also need to have the core competence for information retrieval,analysis and prediction,utilization of information technology and intelligent equipment,and innovative services.This paper discusses the concept,characteristics and core elements of smart library,analyzes the core competence that librarians need to possess in the trend of smart library,and puts forward some measures to improve the core competence of librarians.
