摘要 城市地质调查是未来地质调查工作的重要发展方向。徐州城市地质调查在查明城市地质环境条件、地质环境问题和地质资源禀赋特征的基础上,构建了基岩地质、第四纪地质、水文地质、工程地质4个层次的三维地质结构模型,建立了融入智慧城市建设的城市地质信息管理与服务系统,提出了调整城市“三线”等对策,为城市规划建设提供了地质依据。通过徐州城市地质调查工作的实施,总结出联合策划共同实施、需求侧全流程参与、多专业融合调查、例会制度监理机制和产学研协同与创新的城市地质工作模式,并提出未来徐州城市地质工作应考虑构建地质工作服务于城市规划管理的常态机制,建立开放、共享与动态更新的城市地质信息系统,挖掘与集成地质调查成果的科普文化资源,推广“互联网+地质”成果的应用。 Urban geological survey is a major development direction of future geological survey.Xuzhou urban geological survey,on the basis of identifying the urban geological environment,geological environmental problems and the characteristics of geological resource endowment,constructed a three-dimensional geological structure model of four levels:bedrock geology,Quaternary geology,hydrogeology and engineering geology.The urban geological information management and service system which is integrated into the construction of smart city has been established,and the measures of adjusting the″three lines″of the city are put forward,which provide the geological basis for urban planning and construction.The implementation of the geological survey of Xuzhou city helps to establish the urban geological model featured with joint planning and implementation,the participation of the demand side in whole process,the multi-professional survey,the supervision mechanism of the regular meeting,and the coordination and innovation of production,research and development.It is proposed that the future urban geology of Xuzhou should consider the construction of normal mechanism of geological services for urban planning management,establish an open-sharing and regularly updated urban geological information system,study and integrate the scientific and cultural resources of geological survey,and promote the application of the results of″Internet+geology″.
