西安市8岁儿童龋病与肥胖关系的横断面研究 被引量:1

Cross-sectional study on the relationship between caries and obesity in 8-year-old children in Xi’an City

摘要 目的了解西安市8岁儿童龋病和肥胖的流行情况,探讨8岁儿童龋病与体质量指数之间的关系,为西安市8岁儿童龋病预防与控制工作提供参考依据。方法对2018年10-12月调查的西安市2200名8岁儿童乳牙和混合牙列患龋情况进行分析。结果本次共调查西安市8岁儿童2200人,其中男生1188人,女生1022人,1643名有龋,557名无龋,患龋率为74.7%,乳牙龋失补牙数(dmft)为2.75±2.62,混合牙列龋失补牙数(dmft+DMFT)为3.03±2.83。男生和女生患龋率分别为74.2%和75.2%,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.287,P>0.05);2200名西安市8岁儿童中343人诊断为肥胖,肥胖率为15.6%;西安市不同体质指数(BMI)的8岁儿童患龋情况比较,差异无统计学意义(Z=0.541、0.926,均P>0.05)。结论西安市8岁儿童龋病和肥胖发生率较高;8岁儿童组龋病与肥胖无相关性,无需对西安市肥胖或消瘦学龄儿童龋病进行特殊干预。 Objective To understand the prevalence of caries and obesity in 8-year-old children in Xi’an,explore the relationship between caries and body mass index in 8-year-old children,and provide reference basis for the prevention and control of caries in 8-year-old children in Xi’an.Methods The caries status of deciduous teeth and mixed dentition of 22008-year-old children in Xi’an from October to December 2018 was analyzed Results A total of 22008-year-old children in Xi’an were investigated,including 1188 boys and 1022 girls,1643 with caries,and 557 without caries.The caries rate was 74.7%,the caries status represent by dmft and dmft+DMFT was 2.75±2.62 and 3.03±2.83 respectively.The caries rates of boys and girls were 74.2%and75.2%respectively,and there was no significant difference(χ^2=0.287,P>0.05).343 of 22008-year-old children in Xi’an were diagnosed as obese,and the obesity rate was 15.6%.There was no significant difference of caries in 8-year-old children in different BMI groups in Xi’an(Z=0.541,0.926,all P>0.05).Conclusion The incidence rate of caries and obesity in 8-year-oldchildren is higher.No association was found between caries and obesity in 8-year-old children.There is no need for specific caries intervention for obese or emaciated school-age children in Xi’an.
