体力活动状况、解释水平和中学生日常性学业弹性的关系 被引量:1

Relationship between physical activity,construal level and middle school students’daily academic flexibility

摘要 目的探究体力活动状况、解释水平对青少年日常学业弹性的影响。方法2019年6月,采用体力活动量表、行为识别量表和日常性学业复原力问卷对整群随机抽样的山东省潍坊市2所中学1200名中学生进行测量,确定有效样本1068名初中生。结果相关分析发现日常性学业弹性与体力活动量呈正相关(r=0.088,P<0.01),也与解释水平呈正相关(r=0.130,P<0.05);同时解释水平与体力活动量也呈正相关(r=0.191,P<0.01)。AMOS建立中介模型分析结果发现,体力活动以及解释水平能够正向预测日常性学业弹性(β=0.077、0.117,均P<0.01),而体力活动同时也能够正向预测解释水平(β=0.187,P<0.01);Bootstrap检验发现解释水平在体力活动和日常性学业弹性的关系中起到了部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的22.22%。结论体力活动不仅可以直接提高个体的日常性学业弹性,还能通过提高个体解释水平来提高个体的日常性学业弹性。 Objective To explore the influence of physical activity and construal level on daily academic flexibility of teenagers.Methods In June 2019,1200 students were selected from two junior school in Weifang City of Shandong Province by cluster sampling method and surveyed by physical activity scale,behavior recognition scale and daily academic resilience questionnaire.1068 students were determined as the valid samples.Results Correlation analysis showed that daily academic resilience was positively correlated with physical activity(r=0.088,P<0.01)and construal level(r=0.130,P<0.05),and there was a positive correlation between the construal level and physical activity(r=0.088,P<0.01).The results of AMOS intermediary model analysis showed that physical activity and construal level could positively predict daily academic resilience(β=0.077,0.117,P<0.01),while physical activity could also positively predict construal level(β=0.187,P<0.01).Bootstrap test found that the construal level played a partial mediating role in the relationship between physical activity and daily academic resilience,and the mediating effect accounted for 22.22%of the total effect.Conclusion Physical activity can not only directly improve the individual’s daily academic resilience,but also improve the individual’s daily academic resilience by improving individual’s Construal level.
