摘要
研究表明,农药暴露可以损伤机体免疫系统。文章按照农药特殊的化学结构将农药分为,有机磷化合物、拟除虫菊酯,氨基甲酸盐、有机氯化合物及三嗪类等,对近年来这几类农药产生的免疫毒性及其机制研究进展进行了综述,主要包括免疫器官、免疫细胞、免疫分子和免疫功能等方面,综述了这几类农药对不同生物产生的免疫毒性及其可能的分子机制,及其农药暴露与免疫相关疾病发生的关联,以期为农药免疫毒性的进一步研究提供参考。
Various studies have reported that exposure to pesticides can damage the body’s immune system.Based on their specific chemical structure,pesticides can be classified into organophosphorus compounds,pyrethroids,carbamates,organochlorine compounds and triazines,etc.This paper summarizes the research progress on the immunotoxicity and mechanism of these pesticides in recent years,including immune organs,immune cells,immune molecules and immune functions.The immunotoxicity of these types of pesticides to different organisms and their possible molecular mechanisms,as well as their association with the occurrence of immune-related diseases,are reviewed in order to provide a reference for further research on pesticide immunotoxicity.
