摘要
为了研究工艺对C82DA钢中硫和铝的影响,对帘线钢在LF精炼过程脱硫控铝进行了研究。结果表明,随着精炼碱度的降低脱硫率越来越低,碱度约为1.6时,渣中w((FetO)+(MnO))约为1%,基本达到脱硫的临界值;碱度约为1.2时,随着精炼的进行开始回硫,钢液中w([Als])随着碱度的降低逐渐降低;碱度约为2.2时,w([Als])降幅显著;碱度小于1.6时,对铝的影响不明显。精炼炉采取两步造渣工艺,精炼前期高碱度渣系脱硫,精炼后期降低碱度,钢液中铝含量降低。当碱度从2.2降低至1.2时,钢液中w([S])和w([Als])分别控制在0.011%和0.0016%。
In order to study the effect of technology on sulfur and aluminum in C82 DA steel.The process of desulfurization and aluminum control of cord steel in LF was studied.The results show that with the decrease of refining basicity,the desulfurization rate becomeslower.When basicity is about 1.6,w((FetO)+(MnO))in slag is about1%,basically reaching the critical value of desulfurization.When basicity is about 1.2,sulfur recovery begins with refining time.The decrease of w([Als])in molten steel gradually decreases with the decrease of basicity.When basicity is greater than 2.2,the decrease of w([Als])is significant.When basicity is less than 1.6,the effect on w([Als])is no longer obvious.The LF adopts two-step slag making process,high basicity desulfurization in the early stage and low basicity aluminum reduction in the later stage.When basicity is reduced from 2.2 to about 1.2,w([S])and w([Als])are controlled at the lower level of 0.011%and 0.0016%respectively.
