扁桃体腺样体切除术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征疗效研究

Effect of tonsillectomy on obstructive sleep apnea syndrome

目的研究扁桃体腺样体切除术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征疗效。方法选取我院阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者78例(2018年1月至2019年1月),分为腺样体吸割术+扁桃体切除术治疗的观察组(39例)与腺样体吸割术治疗的对照组(39例),观察患者相关指标、症状改善情况及并发症发生率。结果与对照组相比,观察组AHI、LSO2、EASS改善情况好,症状评分低,P<0.05,两组并发症发生率对比,P>0.05。结论在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者治疗中,腺样体吸割术+扁桃体切除术治疗效果更好,患者症状改善情况好,并发症少,值得借鉴。

Objective To study the efficacy of tonsillectomy in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.Methods Selected from 78 patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (between January 2018 and January 2019),divided into adenoidectomy suction cutting + tonsillectomy therapy group (39 cases) and adenoid body absorb cutting treatment control group (39 cases),the related indexes were observed,improve symptoms and complications.Results Compared with the control group,the AHI,LSO2 and EASS in the observation group improved well,and the symptom score was low (P < 0.05).The incidence of complications was compared between the two groups (P> 0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,adenoidectomy + tonsillectomy is more effective,the symptoms of patients with good improvement,fewer complications,it is worth learning.
