血清IgG4和IgE在儿童过敏性哮喘和过敏性鼻炎中的应用

Application of serum IgG4 and IgE in children with allergic asthma and allergic rhinitis

目的研究血清免疫球蛋白G4(IgG4)和血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)运用在儿童过敏性哮喘和过敏性鼻炎中的价值。方法将2019年1月—2019年12月我院接诊的60例过敏性哮喘患儿设置为哮喘组、60例过敏性鼻炎患儿设置为鼻炎组,并将同期体检的60例健康儿童设置为健康组,均检测IgG4、IgE,对三组的阳性率、检测水平进行对比。结果(1)哮喘组IgG4阳性检测率(70.00%)低于鼻炎组(80.00%),P<0.05;哮喘组IgE阳性检测率(53.33%)低于鼻炎组(65.00%),P>0.05;联合检测的阳性检测率均高于单独检测,P<0.05;(2)哮喘组与鼻炎组的IgE、IgG4水平均高于健康组,P<0.05。结论为过敏性哮喘、过敏性鼻炎患儿进行血清IgG4、IgE检测,对于病情监测、疾病诊治效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To study the value of serum immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4) and serum immunoglobulin E (IgE) in children with allergic asthma and allergic rhinitis.Methods Set 60 children with allergic asthma admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 as the asthma group,60 children with allergic rhinitis as the rhinitis group,and 60 healthy children with physical examination during the same period The healthy group was tested for IgG4 and IgE,and the positive rates and detection levels of the three groups were compared.Results (1) The positive detection rate of IgG4 (70.00%) in asthma group was lower than that in rhinitis group (80.00%),P <0.05;the positive detection rate of IgE (53.33%) in asthma group was lower than that in rhinitis group (65.00%),P> 0.05;The positive detection rate of the combined test is higher than that of the single test,P <0.05;(2) The levels of IgE and IgG4 in the asthma group and rhinitis group are higher than that in the healthy group,P <0.05.Conclusion The detection of serum IgG4 and IgE for children with allergic asthma and allergic rhinitis has a significant effect on disease monitoring,disease diagnosis and treatment,and it is worthy of promotion.
