探讨治疗胃食管反流病对耳鼻咽喉科症状改善的价值

To explore the value of the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease in improving symptoms of otolaryngology

目的探究治疗胃食管反流病对耳鼻咽喉科症状改善的价值。方法 2018年3月-2019年5月,抽取80例伴有耳鼻咽喉科症状的胃食管反流病患者进行研究,所有患者均开展药物联合治疗,对比胃食管反流病治疗效果、耳鼻咽喉科症状改善效果。结果耳鼻咽喉科症状治愈64例,其中包括慢性咽炎、喉炎、小儿分泌性中耳炎、慢性鼻炎、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低能气综合征各33例、20例、6例、3例、2例。胃食管反流病治愈率达82.5%(66/80),其中显效45例、有效21例、无效14例。结论对伴有耳鼻咽喉科症状的胃食管反流病患者开展药物联合治疗,既可提高胃食管反流病治愈率,双可改善耳鼻咽喉科症状,值得推荐。

Objective To explore the value of the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease in improving symptoms of otolaryngology.Methods From March 2018 to May 2019,80 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease accompanied by otolaryngology symptoms were selected for study.All patients were given drug combination therapy to compare the therapeutic effect of gastroesophageal reflux disease with otolaryngology Branch symptom improvement effect.Results 64 cases of otolaryngology symptoms were cured,including 33 cases,20 cases,6 cases,3 cases,2 cases of chronic pharyngitis,laryngitis,pediatric secretory otitis media,chronic rhinitis,obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.The cure rate of gastroesophageal reflux disease reached 82.5% (66/80),of which 45 cases were markedly effective,21 cases were effective,and 14 cases were ineffective.Conclusion Combined drug therapy for patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease accompanied by otolaryngology symptoms can not only improve the cure rate of gastroesophageal reflux disease,but also improve the symptoms of otolaryngology.It is worth recommending.
