血管紧张素转化酶2与冠状病毒的“不解之缘”:感染与致病机制进展 被引量:5

摘要 与严重急性呼吸系统综合征冠状病毒(SARS-CoV)一样,2019新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)亦是以血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)2为受体感染细胞。ACE2作为肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)的重要成员,与ACE互为拮抗,二者的平衡与失衡在维护心血管系统生理功能、机体炎症反应、肺损伤等过程中均发挥着重要作用,其在冠状病毒感染与致病机制中亦发挥着非常重要的作用。目前为止,在7种人畜共患的冠状病毒中有3种以ACE2为受体感染细胞,即SARS-CoV、人类冠状病毒NL63(HCoV-NL63)和2019-nCoV,了解这些病毒与ACE2的相互作用对于冠状病毒感染的预防和治疗意义重大。该文对相关文献进行了梳理,总结了ACE2及RAS在冠状病毒感染、致病过程中发挥的作用,对于2019-nCoV防治过程中存在的争议进行了归纳,针对ACE2和RAS中可能存在的2019-nCoV的治疗靶点进行了展望。
