摘要
科学评价城市生态文明建设水平是推进城市生态文明建设的基础。基于中国地级以上城市面板数据,运用纵横向拉开档次评价法从物质生活水平、生态服务资源、环境污染控制和生态认知水平四个方面构建生态文明建设水平评价指标体系,测度中国城市生态文明建设水平,并通过空间自相关、收敛分析多维度探讨其时空动态演变特征。结果表明:(1)中国城市生态文明建设水平总体稳步提升,区域上呈现出东高西低特征。(2)中国城市生态文明建设水平存在σ收敛和条件β收敛趋势。2016年仅在低-高集聚区和低-低集聚区存在空间俱乐部收敛趋势。东部城市生态文明建设水平显著受人口规模和人均绿地面积影响,中部地区显著受第二产业比重和人口规模影响。
Scientific evaluation of the construction level of urban ecological civilization is the basis of promoting the construction of urban ecological civilization.Based on the panel data of cities above prefecture level in China,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of ecological civilization construction level from four aspects of material living standard,ecological service resources,environmental pollution control and ecological cognitive level by using the vertical and horizontal open grade evaluation method,to measure the level of urban ecological civilization construction in China,and discuss its spatial and temporal dynamic evolution features through spatial auto-correlation and convergence analysis.The results show that:(1) the overall level of urban ecological civilization construction in China has been steadily improved,showing the characteristics of high in the East and low in the West.(2) There is a trend of σ convergence and condition β convergence in the construction level of urban ecological civilization in China.In 2016,there was a trend of spatial club convergence only in low-high and low-low agglomeration areas.
