应用型本科院校构建学生工程实践能力结构的探索

目前应用型本科院校毕业生与人才市场需求的契合度不高,用人市场需要大量技能型人才,针对高校毕业生综合能力存在的问题,充分分析国内外高校本科学生能力培养的状况,架构学生应具备的基本能力、关键能力、技术能力和非技术能力,根据人的成长规律和用人单位的需求架构学生的三个维度、三个层次的能力结构,以适应市场对技能型人才的需求。

At present,the fitness of application-oriented graduates and labor market demands is not ideal,and labor market needs skilled personnel,while the the graduates’comprensive ability is not good enough.The paper fully analyzes the undergraduate ability training conditions of domestic and foreign universities,and constructs the fundamental ability,key ability,technique ability and non-technique ability that are necassary to the students.Based on the growth law and the demands of the employers,the paper also constructs three dimensions and three levels of students’ability structure,in order to meet the need of the skilled personnel in the labor market.
