Factors influencing the improvement of teaching quality of college teachers and the solutions

根据高校及高校教师存在的问题,围绕提升高校教学质量,从提升教师育人意识,提升高校教师专业素养,科学规范对教师的评价体系,体现教师教育主导作用与主体责任,提高教师职业幸福指数等五个方面来谈高校教师教学质量提升途径,提升高校教师育人素质与解除教师后顾之忧,激发教师的内生动力与事业责任感,实现高等教育内涵式发展,助力中华民族伟大复兴。

According to the problems existing in college teachers,this paper explores the ways to improve the teaching quality.Focusing on the theme of improving teaching quality,it presents five ways:promoting the teachers’consciousness of teaching,improving the teachers’professional quality,scientifically standardizing the evaluation system of teachers,showing the leading role and responsibility of teachers,and improving the teachers’happiness index.Thus,teachers’teaching quality can be improved,and teachers’worries can be relieved,by improving the quality of college teachers in educating people and relieving the worries of teachers.The connotative development of higher education can be realized.Therefore,the higher education can boost the great rejuvenation of China.
