经皮椎间孔镜下减压治疗腰椎管狭窄症的疗效分析

Analysis of the Effect of Percutaneous Foraminal Endoscopic Decompression on Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

目的探讨经皮椎间孔镜下减压治疗腰椎管狭窄症的疗效。方法本研究选取2017年1月—2019年7月在我院进行传统椎板间开窗减压内固定术治疗的32例腰椎管狭窄症作为传统组,同期选取在我院接受经皮椎间孔镜下减压术治疗的32例腰椎管狭窄症作为椎间孔镜组;对其临床资料进行对比分析。结果椎间孔镜组手术时间、住院时间均短于传统组(P<0.05),疗效优良率高于传统组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于传统组(P<0.05);术后各时间点两组VAS、ODI评分较术前均降低(P<0.05),且术后各时间点椎间孔镜组VAS、ODI评分均低于传统组(P<0.05)。结论经皮椎间孔镜下减压术治疗腰椎管狭窄症安全有效。

Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous foraminal endoscopic decompression in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods In this study,32 cases of lumbar spinal stenosis treated by traditional decompression and internal fixation through interlaminar windowing in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the traditional group,and 32 cases of lumbar spinal stenosis treated by percutaneous decompression through intervertebral foramina in our hospital during the same period were selected as the intervertebral foramina group.The clinical data were compared and analyzed.Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the intervertebral foraminal lens group were significantly shorter than that of the traditional group(P<0.05),the favorable rate of curative effect was significantly higher than that of the traditional group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the traditional group(P<0.05).VAS and ODI scores in the two groups at each time point after surgery were significantly lower than those before surgery(P<0.05),and VAS and ODI scores in the intervertebral foramoscope group at each time point after surgery were significantly lower than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous endoscopic decompression of lumbar spinal stenosis is safe and effective.
