经胸乳入路腔镜甲状腺切除术在甲状腺癌治疗中的价值

The Value of Transthoracic Breast Approach Endoscopic Thyroidectomy in the Treatment of Thyroid Cancer

目的分析在早期甲状腺癌患者治疗中采用经胸乳入路下腔镜甲状腺切除术的治疗价值。方法随机抽取2017年1月—2019年8月我院60例早期甲状腺癌手术病例,并以其手术方案分组,观察组行经胸乳入路腔镜下甲状腺切除术予以治疗,同期对照组改为传统开放手术方案治疗。比较两组的围术期指标与术后并发症情况。结果两组的手术用时比较中,P>0.05;观察组的失血量、术后引流量、术后VAS评分、术后住院时间均少于/短于对照组,P<0.05;观察组的术后并发症率3.33%,对照组20.00%,P<0.05。结论在早期甲状腺癌患者中采取经胸乳入路下的腔镜甲状腺切除术具有良好的治疗效果,并且可减少手术创伤并促进术后康复。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic value of transthoracic breast approach inferior endoscopic thyroidectomy in the treatment of patients with early thyroid cancer.Methods From January 2017 to August 2019,60 patients with early cases of thyroid cancer surgery,and surgery for its solution group,observation group microscopically thyroidectomy via breast approach cavity treatment,at the same time the control instead of traditional open surgery treatment.The perioperative indexes and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time of the two groups was compared,P>0.05;The blood loss,postoperative drainage,postoperative VAS score and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were less than/shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);The postoperative complication rate of the observation group was 3.33%,while that of the control group was 20.00%,P<0.05.Conclusion Endoscopic thyroidectomy via the thoracobreast approach has good therapeutic effect in patients with early thyroid cancer,and can reduce surgical trauma and promote postoperative recovery.
