不同麻醉方式对肝癌切除术后免疫功能及炎症因子的影响

摘要 目的探讨硬膜外联合静脉麻醉及静-吸复合全麻方式对原发性肝癌切除术患者术后免疫功能及相关炎性因子的影响。方法选取2018年7月—2019年7月间我院收治的拟行手术治疗的原发性肝癌患者共66例,将其以数字随机表法的分组形式均分为观察组及对照组,每组33例。给予对照组患者静-吸复合全麻,给予观察组患者硬膜外联合静脉麻醉,对比观察两组患者术后免疫功能相关指标及相关炎症因子指标变化情况。结果观察组患者术后免疫细胞含量明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后炎性指标明显优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在原发性肝癌的手术中使用硬膜外联合静脉麻醉可有效保护患者免疫功能,提高机体免疫力,帮助患者改善预后。 Objective To investigate the effects of combined epidural anesthesia and static-suction combined general anesthesia on postoperative immune function and related inflammatory factors in patients with primary liver cancer resection.Methods Selected 66 patients with primary liver cancer from July 2018 to July 2019.They were divided into observation group and control group,33 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given static-suction combined general anesthesia,and patients in the observation group were given epidural combined intravenous anesthesia.Compared the changes in the indicators of immune function and related inflammatory factors.Results The content of immune cells in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the postoperative inflammatory index was significantly better in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of combined epidural anesthesia during the operation of primary liver cancer can effectively protect patients'immune function,improve the body's immunity,and help patients improve their prognosis.
