腹腔镜下子宫全切除术的护理配合及临床价值

Nursing Cooperation and Clinical Value of Laparoscopic Hysterectomy

目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫全切除术的手术室护理配合要点及临床价值。方法选取2018年1月—2019年9月再我院行子宫全切除术患者共58例,完全随机设计,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组各29例。对照组行开放手术,观察组行腹腔镜手术,比较手术时间、术中出血量。同时,统计患者术后并发症发生率。结果观察组患者手术时间(44.56±8.89)min、首次肛门排气时间(5.46±1.20)d短于对照组,术中出血量(160.58±9.97)mL少于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组术后进食时间(5.88±0.92)h、住院时间(3.65±0.76)d、住院费用(11354.35±146.73)元少于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的术后并发症发生率3.4%低于对照组的37.9%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下行子宫全切术的疗效较开放手术显著,且患者并发症发生率也显著降低,术中加强手术配合,进一步全面提高患者预后质量。

Objective To explore the key points and clinical value of operating room nursing cooperation in laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods 58 patients who underwent total hysterectomy in our hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were selected.Completely random design,according to the random number of patients,29 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group.Open surgery was performed in the control group and laparoscopic surgery was performed in the observation group.Meanwhile,the incidence of postoperative complications was calculated.Results Observation group of patients with operation time(44.56±8.89)min and(5.46±1.20)for the first time the anus exhaust time d was significantly shorter than the control group,intraoperative blood loss(160.58±9.97)ml significantly less than the control group,comparing the two groups statistically significant difference(P<0.05),the observation group began eating time(5.88±0.92)h,length of hospital stay(3.65±0.76)d h,hospitalization costs significantly less than the control group(11354.35±146.73)yuan,comparing the two groups statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 3.4%,significantly lower than 37.9%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic total hysterectomy is more effective than open surgery,and the incidence of complications is also significantly reduced.Intraoperative cooperation should be strengthened to further improve the prognosis of patients.
