摘要
基于电路板的丝网印刷工艺是否应纳入印刷业行政管理范畴,在业界有很大争论。分析从《印刷业管理条例》规制的种类物规定来看,电路板的丝网印刷不属于印刷经营活动。
Whether the screen printing technology based on circuit board should be included in the administrative management of printing industry has a great controversy in the industry.In this paper,from the point of view of the regulations of printing industry management,screen printing of circuit board does not belong to printing business.
