新型农业经营主体是推动小农户与现代农业有机衔接的重要载体,其可以引导小农户开展合作与联合,构建小农户组织化的有效机制,建立规模化的社会服务体系,从而带动小农户的提升发展。发挥新型农业经营主体的带动功能,必须嵌入乡村社会内部,利用好本土资源,营造良好的社会关系,内生塑造联结机制,从而推动现代农业经营体系的构建。

The main body of the new agricultural operation is an important carrier to promote the organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture,which can guide small farmers to carry out cooperation and alliances,build an effective mechanism for organizing small farmers and establish a large-scale social service system,thus bringing about the promotion and development of small farmers.Giving play to the leading function of the new type of agricultural operation main body,it must be embedded in the rural society,making good use of local resources,creating a good relationship and forming an effective linkage mechanism internally,so as to promote the construction of modern agricultural operation system.
