摘要
大型注塑机吊装模具对空间的要求和吊装风险隐患的担忧,对超大型注塑机的抽哥功能的要求就应运而生,通过对注塑机哥林柱组件的状态分析,得出抽哥力的大小与哥林柱组件正压力对接触面的摩擦有关,与接触面大小无关,合理选择出摩擦系数,为大型注塑机抽哥寻求抽哥的理论依据。
Because of the space requirements and the concerns about the hidden danger of lifting the mold of large injection molding machine,the requirements for the tie bar retraction function of super large injection molding machine come into being.Based on the analysis of the state of the tie bar assembly of the injection molding machine,it is concluded that the retraction force is related to the friction of the contact surface under the positive pressure of the tie bar assembly,and has nothing to do with the size of the contact surface.The friction coefficient is selected reasonably,in order to seek the theoretical basis of tie bar retraction for the large injection molding machine.
