With the increasingly severe employment situation,more and more college students choose to start their own businesses.In this process,the legal issues are paid more and more attention.Based on the analysis of the legal risks that college students will encounter in the process of entrepreneurship,this paper puts forward several countermeasures on how to prevent the legal risks in the process of entrepreneurship.
