摘要
国内生鲜食品业持续快速发展,对冷链物流产业和专业人才提出更高要求。从冷链物流专业教学角度,对《食品冷藏与冷链技术》进行客观评价,认为该书以企业业务需求为导向,加强专业能力培养,在教学内容上采用模块化和任务式设计,知识点深入浅出,特别是纸质教材与网络教学资源一体化,能有效拓宽知识面。
China’s fresh food industry continues to develop rapidly,placing higher demands on the cold chain logistics industry and professionals.From the perspective of cold chain logistics professional teaching,objectively evaluate"Food Refrigeration and Cold Chain Technology"and believe that the book is oriented to business needs of the enterprise,strengthen professional ability training,and adopt modular and task-based design in teaching content It’s easy to understand,especially the integration of paper materials and online teaching resources,which can effectively broaden the knowledge.
