Otitis media with efTusion is a comm on disease in children which often causes hearing loss and life quality reduction,even abnormal speech development.The etiology of otitis media with effusion(OME)is unclear,and it is generally believed that the immunological pathogenesis is particularly important.This article reviews the immunological pathogenesis of OME associated with allergy.
