邻近既有高铁岩溶地基联控注浆加固试验研究

摘要 为防止新建铁路注浆施工对邻近既有高铁运营安全产生不利影响,结合徐州东站扩建工程,利用新研发的联控注浆设备开展邻近既有高铁的岩溶地基注浆现场试验研究:分析了岩溶地基注浆过程中各注浆孔注浆量的分布特点;提出了注浆压力-流速-时间(P-Q-t)曲线规律;得到了注浆过程及注浆后既有高铁路基坡脚和路肩处竖向位移的变化规律;验证了联控注浆设备能够基于既有高铁路基变形的监测结果控制注浆施工活动,保证注浆引起的变形在要求范围内,不会对既有高铁安全造成不利影响. During the grouting construction of the adjacent existing high-speed railway,it is essential to prevent the adverse impact on the operation safety of the existing high-speed railway.Based on the project of expanding Xuzhou East Railway Station,the newly developed joint control grouting equipment is used to analyze the distribution characteristics of each grouting hole in the process of grouting in karst subgrade.The curve law of grouting pressure-flow velocity-time(P-Q-t)is presented.The variation of vertical displacement at the foot and shoulder of the existing high-speed railway foundation after grouting is obtained.It is verified that the joint control grouting equipment can control the grouting construction activities based on the monitoring results of the foundation deformation of the existing high-speed railway.The deformation caused by grouting is within the required range,which will not adversely affect the safety of the existing high-speed railway.
