随着建筑业在国内的高速有序发展,新材料、新工艺、新理念、新技术的不断涌现,钢结构体系在住宅结构中被不断地应用和推广,但是受传统理念束缚、技术不成熟、施工经验不足等客观因素制约,钢结构住宅体系市场占有率较低,普及程度有待提升,本文通过对多种类型钢结构住宅体系进行分类阐述,并对每种钢结构体系进行适用范围及优缺点刨析,加深对钢结构住宅结构体系设计理念的认知,为钢结构住宅体系的进一步推广、应用及选型起到指引作用.

With the rapid and orderly development of the constmction industry in China,new materials,new processes,new ideas and new technologies continue to emerge,and steel structure system is constantly applied and promoted in the residential structure.However,restricted by the objective factors such as traditional concepts,immature technology and lack of construction experience,the market share of steel stnicture system is relatively low,and its popularity needs to be improved.This paper classifies and expounds various types of steel structure residential system,analyzes the applicable scope,advantages and disadvantages of each steel structure system,deepens the cognition of the design concept of steel structure residential system,and plays a guiding role in the further promotion,application and selection of steel structure residential system.
