摘要 在既有线施工过程中,为保证既有线运营安全,减少对其运营干扰和增加施工效率及施工速度,大跨连续梁施工采用支架旁位现浇、下滑道牵引体系和墩顶转体相结合的施工方法.新建京雄铁路固安特大桥(72+ 128+72)m连续梁是全路首例创新采用“下滑道墩顶转体”技术,且是高速铁路最大跨度墩顶转体连续梁,结合该转体施工的成功经验,简述连续梁墩顶转体结构、下滑道牵引体系在施工转体过程中解决的技术问题,为今后类似跨既有线桥梁转体施工提供一定依据. In order to ensure the operation safety of the existing line during construction,reduce the interference to its operation and increase the construction efficiency and speed,the large-span continuous beam construction is carried out by combining the support side cast-in-place,the sliding path traction system and the pier top rotation.The(72+128+72)m continuous beam of the newly-built Gu'an Super-large Bridge of Beijing-Xiong'an Intercity Railway is the first case of innovative application of the technology of“sliding path pier top turning”,and also the continuous beam of the largest span pier top turming of high-speed railway.In combination with the successful experience of the turming construction,this paper briefly introduced the technical problems of continuous beam pier top turming structure and sliding path traction system in the process of pier top turning,thus providing certain criteria for similar bridge turning across the existing line in the future.
