摘要
以崇左大桥主桥单箱四室预应力钢筋混凝土箱梁现浇施工为例,重点介绍了主桥为(105+ 190+ 105)m矮塔斜拉桥超宽PC箱梁挂篮悬浇施工技术.对施工中的重难点技术进行了研究,包括超宽五桁后支点挂篮和同步行走系统设计与施工、设横隔板挂索节段配备顶板吊模整体悬浇施工、有索节段箱梁悬浇先移挂篮后挂索张拉施工等关键技术.通过开展工装设备研发和施工工艺优化设计,成功解决了矮塔斜拉桥超宽PC箱梁大节段建造相关技术难题,确保了工程质量和施工安全,丰富了施工经验,对建造类似桥梁具有较好的借鉴意义.
Taking the cast-in-place construction of the single-box four-chamber prestressed reinforced concrete box girder of the main bridge of Chongzuo Bridge as an example,this paper mainly introduces the construction technology of the hanging basket for the super wide PC box girder of the(105+190+105)m short-tower cable-stayed bridge.The key technologies in the construction are studied,including the design and construction of the super wide five-truss post fulerum hanging basket and synchronous walking system,the construction of the hanging cable section with diaphragm plate and roof hanging formwork,and the construction of moving the hanging basket before tensioning the hanging cable for cantilever casting the box girder with cable section.Through the research and development of tooling equipment and the optimization design of construction technology,the technical problems related to the construetion of the large section of super wide PC box girder for the short-tower cable-stayed bridge have been sccessfully solved,thus ensuring the project quality and construction safety.Moreover,it enriches the construction experience and serves as an ffective reference for the construction of similar bridges.
