摘要
针对班轮企业合并后出现的服务网络深度调整的问题,从网络整合的角度出发,综合考虑船舶总量、运载能力、调运均衡和运行时间等因素,建立基于混合运输网络的班轮服务网络调度优化模型。采用Gurobi求解器对模型进行求解,并通过企业合并进行实例分析。验证结果表明:通过企业合并对服务网络进行调度优化,能降低运营成本,调节空重箱调运的平衡,提供更多的航线选择方案,提高班轮企业的整体运营效率。此外,重箱装卸费的增加迫使班轮企业提升装卸效率,同时将装卸成本向航行成本转移。
Great changes have taken place in liner service network after enterprise merging.A model for optimizing the liner service in a hybrid transportation network is built,which involves the total number of ships,transportation capacity,dispatch balance and the running time.The model is solved by Gurobi solver,and an empirical analysis is carried out about the merger.The analysis shows that the optimization reduces operating costs,balances empty and heavy containers and provides more route options,therefore,improves the overall operating efficiency of liner enterprises.The path selection is not affected by the change of loading/unloading fee.But the increase of the fee does force liner enterprises to improve loading and unloading efficiency to have the increased cost compensated by saving voyage time.
