诱导射流气浮选与微动力过滤技术联合处理含油污水试验 被引量:7

摘要 油田进入高含水开发后期,由于油田开发层位和开发方式的变化,采出污水中因细小颗粒油珠逐渐增多、乳化程度提高而带来水质特性改变,导致污水处理难度增大,重力沉降除油效果变差和滤前水质超标,为此开展了"诱导射流气浮选+微动力过滤"处理工艺技术的现场试验研究。根据诱导射流气浮选设备和微动力过滤器的特点,采用正交法进行额定设计规模条件下的最佳运行参数的优选试验,并在此条件下开展两个高效处理设备组合处理工艺的污水处理试验。试验结果表明,处理后的水质能够达到油田中渗透率油层回注水水质控制指标要求,即含油质量浓度≤15 mg/L,悬浮固体质量浓度≤5 mg/L,粒径中值≤3μm,既提高了回注水水质的达标率,同时也满足了油田生产需要。 The oilfield has entered the late stage of high water cut development.Due to the changes of oilfield development layers and development modes,the fine oil beads in produced sewage gradually increase and the emulsification degree increases,resulting in the change of water quality characteristics,the increase of sewage treatment difficulty,the deterioration of gravity sedimentation oil removal effect,and the over-standard water quality before filtration.Thus,an on-site experimental study on the treatment technology of"induced jet air flotation+micro-power filtration"is carried out.According to the equipment characteristics of induced jet air flotation and micro-power filter,the orthogonal method is used to carry out the optimization test of the optimal operation parameters under the rated design scale condition,and then the sewage treatment test of the combined treatment process of two high-efficiency treatment equipment under this condition is carried out.The test results show that the treated water quality can meet the requirements of reinjection water quality control indexes of oil reservoirs with medium permeability in the oilfield,namely oil mass concentration is not more than 15 mg/L,suspended solids content is not more than 5 mg/L,median particle size is not more than 3μm.It not only improves the standard rate of reinjection water quality,but also meets the needs of oilfield production.
