摘要
针对酸气回注过程中高压酸气会对管材和压缩设备材料造成严重腐蚀的问题,通过腐蚀失重试验、应力腐蚀开裂试验,并利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射等方法,开展地面装置材料在酸气回注过程中的腐蚀行为和规律研究。结果表明:在不同压缩阶段,管线材料20~#钢的腐蚀速率均要明显高于316L不锈钢,且随酸气压力的升高而增大,两种材料都未发生应力腐蚀开裂,对应力腐蚀开裂都不敏感;压缩机活塞杆材料17-4PH不锈钢的腐蚀速率很低,但会发生应力腐蚀开裂,对应力腐蚀开裂敏感。
Aiming at the pipeline and compression equipment corrosion problems due to high press acid gas in the process of acid gas reinjection,and through the corrosion weight loss test and the stress corrosion cracking test,methods such as SEM and XRD are used to study the corrosion behavior and law of ground equipment materials in acid gas reinjection process.The results show that the corrosion rate of pipeline steel 20#is much higher than that of 316L stainless steel,and these both increase with the increase of the pressure of acid gas.These two pipeline materials are not sensitive to stress corrosion cracking because there was no stress corrosion cracking occurred in both materials.As to 17-4PH stainless steel used for the material of compressor piston rod,its corrosion rate is low,but there is stress corrosion cracking appears,so it is sensitive to stress corrosion cracking.
