超声检查在高血压肾血管病变中的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of ultrasound examination in hypertensive renal vascular lesions

目的探讨超声检查在高血压肾血管病变中的临床诊断价值。方法选取2017年5月~2019年5月收治的100例高血压肾血管病变患者为研究对象,均经过肾动脉造影诊断且确诊,均接受超声检查方法;以肾动脉造影作为“金标准”,分析高血压肾血管病变超声检查结果及检查诊断准确率。结果经超声检查结果可知,肾动脉狭窄占55.00%(55/100),肾动脉发育不良占11.00%(11/100),肾小动脉硬化占31.00%(31/100);超声检查准确率为97.00%。结论在高血压肾血管病变中,实施超声检查方法,检出率较为准确,可以为临床制定治疗方案提供有效的参考辅助依据,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of ultrasound examination in hypertensive renal vascular lesions.Methods 100 patients with hypertensive renal vascular lesions who were admitted from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were diagnosed and confirmed by renal arteriography;all patients were given ultrasound examination methods;the renal arteriography was used as the"gold standard",and the results of ultrasound examination of hypertensive renal vascular lesions and the accuracy of diagnosis were analyzed.Results According to the results of ultrasound examination,renal artery stenosis accounted for 55.00%(55/100),renal artery dysplasia accounted for 11.00%(11/100),and renal arteriosclerosis accounted for 31.00%(31/100);the accuracy of ultrasound examination was 97.00%.Conclusion In hypertensive renal vascular lesions,the ultrasound examination method has a more accurate detection rate.It can be used to provide an effective reference and auxiliary basis for clinical treatment planning,which is worthy of popularization and application.
