孕妇进食标准餐后肝、肾功能和血脂变化

摘要 目的探讨孕妇食用碳水化合物类标准餐后肝、肾功能和血脂的指标变化。方法选取2018年7月~2019年8月在我院门诊产检的孕妇320例,分别在早晨空腹和进食碳水化合物类标准餐后1 h、2 h采集血液标本进行血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)﹑天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)﹑总蛋白(TP)﹑尿素(UREA)﹑肌酐(CREA)﹑尿酸(UA)、胆固醇(CHOL)﹑甘油三酯(TG)等指标的检测。结果孕妇食用碳水化合物类标准餐后1 h、2 h检测肝、肾功能和血脂的指标结果与空腹的结果作比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论妊娠期妇女的肝、肾功能及血脂生化指标在其进食标准餐前后并不存在明显的变化,餐后对相关检验结果并无明显影响。 Objective To explore the changes of liver,kidney function and blood lipid indexes after pregnant women consume standard carbohydrates.Methods 320 pregnant women with routine pregnancy check-ups in the outpatient department of our hospital from July 2018 to August 2019 were collected.Blood samples were collected to detect serum alanine aminotransferase(AST),aspartate aminotransferase(ALT),total protein(TP),urea(UREA),creatinine(CREA),uric acid(UA),cholesterol(CHOL),triglyceride(TG)and other indicators in the morning on an empty stomach and 1 h and 2 h after eating a standard carbohydrate meal.Results There was no significant difference between the results of detecting the liver,kidney function and blood lipids of the pregnant women 1 h and 2 h after the standard carbohydrate meal and the results on an empty stomach(P>0.05).Conclusion The liver,kidney function and blood lipid biochemical indexes of pregnant women did not change significantly before and after eating a standard meal,and there was no significant effect on the relevant test results after a meal.
