摘要
目的探讨跨专业教育(Interprofessional education,IPE)教学模式在护理本科生脑卒中单元临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法在脑卒中单元临床实习教学中,对100名临床医学、护理学、康复医学专业本科学生采用跨专业教育进行临床实习教学。脑卒中单元实习6周结束后,对60名护理本科学生进行理论考核,并采用跨专业合作学习准备量表评价护理本科学生对IPE教学学习态度和学习能力准备效果。结果 IPE教学模式干预后的护理本科生的理论考试成绩、跨专业合作学习总分均高于干预前(P <0.05)。结论护理本科学生的医护合作积极性较高。在脑卒中单元实习的教学过程中应用跨专业教育得到护理本科学生的认可。
Objective To explore the effects of interprofessional education in clinical learning of cerebral apoplexy unit for nursing undergraduates.Methods In the clinical teaching of stroke unit,100 undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine,nursing and rehabilitation medicine were taught in clinical practice through using interprofessional education.After 6 weeks of clinical learning in stroke unit,the clinical teaching outcome was evaluated using the theoretical exam and the Readiness for Interprofessional Learning Scale(RIPLS)for sixty nursing undergraduates.Results The theoretical test scores and total scores of cooperative learning of nursing undergraduates after IPE teaching intervention were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing undergraduates have higher enthusiasm for medical cooperation.Nursing undergraduates recognized the interprofessional education in the clinical teaching of stroke unit.
