摘要
目的探讨中药泡脚在糖尿病周围神经病变中的运用效果。方法选取2016年2月—2017年2月72例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组。对照组采用前列地尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以中药泡脚,观察对比2组治疗效果,神经传导速度及神经症状积分。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组腓总神经传导速度均高于对照组(P <0.05);2组治疗后正中神经传导速度对比无明显统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组神经症状积分明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论中药泡脚在糖尿病周围神经病变中的运用效果显著,可明显改善腓总神经传导速度,促进神经康复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of Chinese herbal medicine lavipeditum on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Seventy-two patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with alprostadil.The observation group was treated with f Chinese herbal medicine lavipeditum on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,nerve conduction velocity and neurological symptom score of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the common peroneal nerve conduction velocity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the median nerve conduction velocity between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the neurological symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Chinese herbal medicine lavipeditum in diabetic peripheral neuropathy has a significant effect,which can significantly improve the conduction velocity of common peroneal nerve and promote nerve rehabilitation,and is worthy of clinical application.
