摘要
目的观察名老中医王成荣经验方清化汤诊治经血量多、经期延长的疗效及安全性。方法观察组采用清化汤治疗,经期第一天开始服用,每日1剂,100 m L,每日3次,饭后温服,每月服用7 d,连续服药3个月经周期。对照组予口服氨甲环酸片0.5 g,每日2次,饭后服用。经期第一天开始服用,每月服用7 d,连续服药3个月经周期。结果观察组痊愈17例,显效6例,有效5例,无效2例。对照组痊愈10例,显效9例,有效8例,无效3例。中药清化汤痊愈率为56.67%,优于对照组痊愈率33.33%,2组在研究过程中均未发现明显副作用。结论清化汤治疗经血量多、经期延长疗效确切,安全无毒副作用。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Qinghua decoction,an experienced prescription of Wang Chengrong,a famous veteran doctor of traditional Chinese medicine,in the treatment of excessive menstruation and prolonged menstruation.Methods The observation group was treated with Qinghua decoction.It was taken on the first day of menstruation,one dose per day,100ml,three times a day,warm after meals,seven days a month,three menstrual cycles.The control group was given oral tranexamic acid tablets 0.5g twice a day after meals.Take it on the first day of menstruation,7 days a month,and three consecutive menstrual cycles.Results In the observation group,17 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective.In the control group,10 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective.The cure rate of Qinghua decoction was 56.67%,which was better than 33.33%of the control group.No obvious side effects were found in the two groups during the study.Conclusion Qinghua decoction is effective in treating excessive menstrual volume and prolonged menstruation,safe and non-toxic side effects.
